About Trident

Dennis McNeil – President, Owner. After owning his own property management company for 13 years, Dennis joined our staff in 1993 when his company merged with Trident. He has been in the real estate and property management business since 1976 and is a licensed Real Estate Broker (#00570512) and Contractor (#334562). Dennis is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Trident Property Management Co., and also manages several large rental portfolios.
Laura Gandy – Single Family Senior Property Manager. Laura had several years of real estate experience in property management prior to her joining Trident in 2004. Laura holds a California Real Estate Salesperson’s license (BRE#01484038) and is also the Supervisor for the Single Family Department.
Valleri Bell — Property Manager. Valleri joined Trident for the second time in July, 2011.  She began her property management career in late 1990 at Trident and later went on to work as a commercial property manager in the Sacramento area for the next 10+ years.  Valleri holds a Certified Property Manager® designation as well as a California real estate license.  She specializes in the management and leasing of commercial real estate and manages Trident’s commercial portfolio.
Linda Larcom – Single Family Property Manager & Sales. Linda joined Trident in 2000 with over ten years of real estate experience in sales and property management. She holds a California Real Estate Salesperson’s License (BRE#01119600). Linda also handles real estates sales and listings.
Cindy Seivert – Controller. Cindy has a BS degree in accounting and over 25 years of accounting experience, and has been with Trident since 1993. Property management accounting is distinctive, and Cindy offers over 10 years of specific experience in the field. She is uniquely qualified in that she has performed the accounting for every type of property; single family, homeowners associations, commercial, apartment complexes, mini-storage, etc. Cindy oversees our accounting staff and manages our computer system.
Support Staff – Trident has numerous trained, highly efficient staff to help maintain your property. All of our staff is bonded for our clients’ protection. Our office staff includes single family, commercial and homeowners association management support teams as well as large accounting and maintenance departments.
